Our marketing coordinator, Lynsey Doran, has been shortlisted for the Bright Spark Award at the inaugural Hive Blackburn & Darwen Business Awards 2015.
We are delighted to announce that our marketing coordinator, Lynsey Doran, has been shortlisted for a major award at the Hive Blackburn & Darwen Business Awards 2015.
28-year-old Lynsey has been nominated for the Bright Spark Award, along with three other local young executives. The award acknowledges and celebrates the work of “employees aged under 30 who are making a positive impact in their workplace through the application of entrepreneurial behaviours.”
As a finalist, she will face an independent judging panel at Ewood Park on Wednesday 15th April. Just over two weeks later, on Thursday 30th April, the winner will be announced at Blackburn Cathedral. Of course, we have our fingers crossed for Lynsey, who has made a valuable impact during her time at Chase Templeton.
She has implemented policies and processes which have saved the company time and money, such as the streamlining of our client referral documentation and support processes. This one change has improved the quality of our presentation, made regulatory compliance more easily achievable, and it also saves 16 hours of admin work every week.
Our chief executive officer, Warren Dickson, commented: “Since joining Chase Templeton Lynsey has been presented with a variety of challenges which she has eagerly accepted and successfully completed. By introducing new policies and procedures she has helped the business save both time and money, enhanced the presentation of our brand and assisted us in maintaining and enhancing our high customer service standards.”
We tailor our service to each client, and we make sure that you talk to a familiar voice every time you call.
