Starting as a consultant new to our industry, you are placed on an intensive training programme run by some of the industry's most experienced tutors. This training is designed month by month to increase both skills and knowledge. As your growing ability results in increased income, you will soon be moved upwards through a promotional ladder. At each stage you receive elevated status and higher levels of commission.
