Managers are often grown from within. All consultants are encouraged to fuel our growth by introducing, training and motivating new recruits for themselves. As their teams grow, progress is upwards through a promotional structure to Divisional Director Level. At this level they have created their own 'empire' managing managers as well as the salespeople in the structure they have helped create.

No dead man shoes here, just promotion based upon merit and team production.

Managers are welcomed from outside our company, the level of entry based upon the size of production brought in by the salespeople they introduce.
