Most reward packages in sales pay for the business you submit today. But what about creating residual income for the future? Your contract with Chase Templeton Ltd details that, as clients renew their policies you receive a further commission payment (renewal commission). This trailer income is payable for the life of the policy whilst you are a member of our sales team. If you choose to leave Chase Templeton in the future, provided you have completed 3 years service, we will continue to pay this renewal to you and then ultimately to your estate in future years. **
